We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BILINGUAL RECRUITER to join our dynamic staffing company.
We are a staffing agency that provides reliable warehouse associates to clients in the logistics, manufacturing, packaging, and food industries.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, helping to identify, attract, and retain top talent across various departments. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will utilize various tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
We specialize in providing employees for companies in manufacturing, logistics, packaging, and beyond. We fill roles such as, picker/packers, forklift drivers, lumpers, etc. We need somebody who can help attract candidates by posting on social media, job boards, etc.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as BULLHORN to manage candidate applications and track progress.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and facilitate the selection process.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Engage in internal recruiting efforts to promote employee growth and development.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates on hiring metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or technical recruiting is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as BULLHORN are advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of succession planning and talent management best practices is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
