Position Description:
A General Labor associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and production operations by performing a variety of physical and manual tasks. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following company safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading products and materials.
- Label, pack, palletize, and shrink wrap merchandise.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or worksite.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Perform repetitive tasks while meeting productivity standards.
- Inspect products for quality and report damaged items.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Support additional warehouse or production tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
