Statera Asset Management (RIA)

Fiduciary investment management rooted in planning. We partner with clients to define financial goals and implement disciplined strategies aligned to those objectives, while maintaining sufficient flexibility to adapt to evolving financial situations.


Supporting Statera advisors is an in-house investment team with decades of experience in portfolio management, financial analytics, and client counseling, and a dedicated operations and technology infrastructure designed to facilitate client engagement.


Our primary custodian for client assets is Schwab Institutional, providing full transparency, control, and independence.


Statera Insurance Solutions

Flexible infrastructure to support advisors where they need it most. For some advisors, that may include access to benefits such as health coverage, retirement benefits, or personal protection resources. For others, it may mean back-office support, underwriting coordination, case management, agency resources, RIA support, or a broker-dealer platform that is flexible enough to align with the vision of your practice. The platform is designed to meet advisors at their current stage of practice, not require a one-size-fits-all model.


Advisors may operate through the advisory or brokerage channel most appropriate for their business, while accessing the support systems needed to serve clients and grow more efficiently. Insurance, advisory, and brokerage activities are conducted through their respective entities and are subject to applicable regulatory requirements.


Aquilo Insurance Solutions (National BGA)

A national brokerage platform with access to 35 insurance carriers, supporting advanced planning across life insurance, estate strategy, business succession, and premium financing. No captive requirements, no proprietary shelf, just broad market access and the flexibility to place business where it best serves the client. All with the proper financial alignment of payouts and product access to help ensure your goals are financially aligned with your practice and the firm.


The Role: Financial Professional

This role is built for advisors who know what it takes to prospect, build their practice, and deliver for clients — and are now looking for the right partner to support their vision of the future. You will build and grow your practice using the full depth of Statera’s platform, delivering comprehensive, planning-led solutions across your clients’ entire financial picture.


Your practice is yours to build. We provide the infrastructure, planning depth, product access, and resources to support it.


Compensation

·     Fee-based income from wealth management and planning relationships

·     Commissions on multiple lines of insurance and annuity products

·    New advisor bonuses, subject to eligibility and program requirements

·     Production and Persistency Bonus, ongoing after year three

·     Renewal income on in-force business

·     All compensation is variable and performance-based

·    Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual production

Who We Are Looking For

·     3 years in financial services with demonstrated client acquisition and business development

·     Proven ability to build and manage client relationships independently

·     Entrepreneurial mindset with full ownership of outcomes

·     Planning-first approach across investments, risk, tax, and estate considerations

·     Ready to operate with greater independence, whether moving from a captive environment or seeking a more robust platform to support an existing practice


Based on Your Practice and Business Model, Licensing Requirements:

·     Series 65 or 66, required for advisory activities

·     Series 7, where applicable

·     Series 6 and 63, where applicable

·     Life & Health license
