Are you passionate about transforming architectural visions into precise, buildable realities? We are seeking an Entry Level Carpenter to join our innovative team, where attention to detail and creative problem-solving are valued every day.
About the Position
We are looking for individuals to train in woodworking, stair building, and railing system fabrication. This is a hands-on position in our manufacturing facility where you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and finishing custom staircases and railing components according to production sheets, blueprints and technical drawings. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and assemble staircases, railings, and related wooden components from raw materials
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical specs
- Use power tools and woodworking equipment (saws, routers, joiners, planers, etc.) safely and accurately
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit wood and other materials with precision
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Collaborate with production leads and other team members to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Qualifications:
