Case Manager (Part-Time) – Stateline Works of Mercy
About the Role
Stateline Works of Mercy, a day shelter, is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to join our mission in serving the homeless. In this role, you will work one-on-one with our guests to conduct assessments, develop personalized goals and action plans, and provide referrals to outside agencies. You will be a vital partner in their journey, providing the follow-through necessary to ensure their continued progress.
Schedule
- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- 4 hours per day (12 hours per week)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to our mission of helping those in need.
