At Stateline Equipment, we specialize in providing high quality outdoor power equipment, parts and service. We take pride in our exceptional customer service. We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts and Service Counter Professional to join our dynamic team. We are a fun and friendly environment; and you will be the first point on contact for customers seeking assistance with parts, service, and equipment-related inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customer’s needs are met.
- Assist in maintaining the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
- Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
- Fill parts requests for the service technicians.
- Assist the Service Manager as needed with completing repair orders.
- Participates in inventory checks / cycle counts.
- Follows all company and vendor policies and procedures
- Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment
- Ability to communicate and multi-task effectively.
Qualifications:
- Two or more year’s related experience in a parts department required.
- Familiarity with outdoor power equipment brands preferred (ie: Briggs & Stratton, Kawasaki, Stihl, etc.)
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends required - 1/2 days on Saturday only
- Day shift
- 8 hour shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
