Position Description
Candidates should have minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading a crew in the restoration, clean-up, installation of erosion control devices, and final grassing of water and sewer line projects as well as experience in the installation of both concrete and asphalt trench patches. Candidates should also be fully capable of completing all testing required for water and sewer mains as well as vacuum testing of gravity sewer manholes. Candidates should have experience operating Backhoes, trackhoes, Farm Tractors, and Front End Loaders. Manual labor will be required and candidates should routinely be able to lift and move 10-25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 poundsThis will be a full-time position with some travel required.
All Candidates must be able to meet the following requirements:
-Have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
-Pass pre-employment drug screen
-Display a professional and courteous attitude at all times
-Be willing to work nights and weekends when required
-Be able to work overtime when required
-Be willing to work outdoors in extreme conditions (hot/cold)
