What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director of Annual Giving position at State University of New York at Plattsburgh?
We are seeking an Associate Director of Annual Giving. Reporting directly to the Director of Annual Giving, the Associate Director will lead the execution of annual giving campaigns, oversee the University’s direct mail program, develop strategic fundraising communications, and manage faculty, staff, and student giving initiatives. This position plays a key role in engaging donors, increasing philanthropic participation, strengthening the annual giving pipeline, and advancing the University’s fundraising priorities. The Associate Director will collaborate with colleagues across campus to develop compelling donor communications, coordinate campaigns and events, evaluate fundraising results, and identify opportunities to improve participation and revenue. The position will also build strong campus partnerships and represent Institutional Advancement at key University events, including Homecoming/Family Weekend, President’s Welcome, Matriculation, and Commencement.
