Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the area of IT, Computer Science, or a related field, 6-8 years experience managing ERP systems (preferably Jenzabar One), and a strong understanding of higher education operations. Proficiency in ERP system administration, database management, and cloud-based solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the management, implementation, and optimization of the college's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Jenzabar One (J1). This role ensures that systems effectively support the institution's administrative and academic functions, aligning with the college's strategic objectives. The administrator will ensure the ERP’s stability including all integrations and processes are functioning and supporting the College’s processes.
