$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Directors and Salespersons
- with client research, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of pitch materials, presentations, and client-ready documents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor positioning relevant to asset owners (e.g., pension funds, endowments) and insurance clients.
- Help maintain CRM systems and track sales pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Client Services.
- Participate in internal strategy sessions and contribute to segment-specific initiatives.
- Gain exposure to investment servicing platforms and data solutions tailored to institutional clients.
- Understand the unique challenges and opportunities facing asset owners and insurers, including regulatory, operational, and investment strategy considerations.
- Learn how sales teams position differentiated capabilities such as multi-asset analytics, Alpha platform integration, and insurance accounting solutions.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Interest in financial services, institutional investing, or insurance markets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with investment concepts and financial statements.
- Experience with data analysis or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
