Salary Range
$80,000 - $140,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As Assistant Vice President, you will
- Work directly with key custody vendors, including sub custodians and central securities depositories.
- Support network management expense budget and requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to executive-level service briefings.
- Ensure accurate and timely end to end invoice processing across complex custody arrangements.
- Resolve billing exceptions and support audit readiness efforts
- Collaborate with operations and technology teams to enhance billing systems and reporting capabilities.
- Oversee the sub custody invoice process and team

- Mentor junior staff members and contribute to talent development.
- Ability to collaborate externally with key sub custodians.
- Familiarity with sub custodian expense process and Out of Pocket Processing is advantageous.
