We are currently seeking a Bilingual (Korean/English) Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls using a multi-line phone system
- Support the sales team with customer needs and order processing
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outreach to inactive and prospective customers to generate orders
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and high customer satisfaction
- Assist in building long-term customer relationships
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluent in Korean and English (required)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
- Proven ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check
