Qualified applicants will have experience with all the following:

• Developing, implementing and measuring process improvement efforts.
• Training and improving performance of staff including providing guidance and feedback.
• Interpreting, analyzing and applying complex information, such as laws, rules or policies and arriving at conclusions or recommendations.

In addition to having all the above, well qualified applicants will have experience in a leadership role (formal/informal) performing activities such as:

• Assigning and delegating work.
• Coordinating work processes between different work units or areas.
• Approving and modifying work schedules.
• Developing program or project goals.
• Responding to and addressing employee discipline problems.
• Leading and coordinating meetings.
• Interpreting personnel related policies and procedures.
• Conducting evaluations of performance and recommending appropriate action if necessary.
