Minimum Qualifications
Training: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Substitution: Any combination of college training and/or full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in interviewing clients, customers or the public and evaluating the data against established standards and guidelines, or in a field of work where experience has been gained in helping troubled individuals and/or families toward normal social development may substitute for the required training on a year-for-year basis.
Experience: One year of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in interviewing clients, customers or the public and evaluating the data against established standards and guidelines, or in a field of work where experience has been gained in helping troubled individuals and/or families toward normal social development.

- Direct Client Engagement: Conduct mandatory face-to-face and telephonic interviews to evaluate and verify applicants' personal, financial, and social information.
- Empower Families: Guide clients through the eligibility process for TANF and other essential economic services with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
- Build Pathways to Success: Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized employment goals, utilizing aptitude testing and department resources to help applicants realize their full potential.
- Foster Community Connections: Act as a bridge between families and vital community programs, making strategic referrals to ensure holistic support.
- Engage Directly: Build meaningful relationships through face-to-face interviews, site visits, and home visits to better understand and serve the needs of our neighbors.
