DSHS Lakeland Village Licensed Practical Nurse 2 (LPN2)

Some of what you'll be doing:
- Provide treatment and nursing care for people who have developmental disabilities and/or other neurological, physiological, or behavioral health disorders.
- Assist in developing and managing Individual Habilitation Plans for residents and clients to help improve and maintain health.
- Implement care plans, administer medications, and assist the physician and other medical staff with treatments and exams.

Who should apply:
- Professionals with a valid Washington state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or those who can obtain the license prior to employment.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated ability to apply practical nursing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting basic physical assessments and treatment techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on compassionate, person-centered care

- Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
- Evening and night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate
