This Is a Mid-level Agency Position That Would Perform a Variety Of Support Functions For The Finance Team And The Executive Team, Such As
- Coordinate facility needs, manage vendor relationships, and provide high-level administrative support to Board members and executive leadership.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the agency budget; track payments and keep records of transactions and invoices in an understandable format.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and assist with reconciliation of weekly expense reports.
- Review customer billing for accuracy, identifies and resolves errors. Obtain, document, and tabulate quotes on items covered by existing contracts.
- Work with agency leadership to provide accurate and timely information on the budget.
- Provide administrative support to other teams at the Board, as needed.
- Monitor agency contracts and transactions to ensure compatibility with agency administrative code and state law.
