Operations Division is looking for a motivated individual who can work both independently and with teams to
fill the Financial Operations - Master Records Registration Technician position. This person will play an integral
role in the Division's mission to provide quality service to both taxpayers and our colleagues. You must be
current on your state and federal tax filings and pass a FBI level criminal background check.

- process taxpayer correspondence received by paper, fax or electronic requests
- review documents for completeness and accuracy
- research and maintain accounts to verify authenticity of information
- create and assign various tax types and provide documentation to taxpayers
- provide licensing requirements for businesses and individuals
- provide information to other employees as requested
