Key Responsibilities

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Sort and identify incoming payments
• Scanning documents
• Data Entry
• Mail preparation
• Case initiation

Qualifications

Minimum or "day-one" qualifications:

• Basic computer skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with general office equipment
• Ability to organize tasks and follow instructions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Or Trainable/on-the-job Qualifications

• Basic Excel knowledge
• Familiarity with general office equipment
• Experience working in an office setting
• Experience answering phone calls and emails
• Ability to work within a team and solve problems
• Strong customer service and communication skills with an ability to assist people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism.
