The Facilities Maintenance Worker supports the organization through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and response to facility needs. 1. Experience using hand and power tools for building maintenance
2. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
3. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or residential facilities preferred.
4. Familiarity with OSHA general industry safety principles preferred.
