About Us:We are a growing tree and landscape company based in Lake County, IL, dedicated to providing quality service and dependable scheduling for our customers. We are looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls
- Communicate clearly with crews and customers regarding job details
- Enter and maintain customer information and job records
- Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks Desktop a plus)
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop preferred (not required)
- Previous customer service or office experience is a plus
