We are seeking a Direct Support Professional who will work with an interdisciplinary treatment team to carry out a variety of therapeutic disciplines to ensure that each person served at the South Dakota Development Center (SDDC) will develop to their fullest potential. This position will positively impact the lives of the persons served by carrying out individual training, behavior management, and therapy programs. The Direct Support Professional will enhance the well-being of the persons served while providing continual guidance regarding life skills, academic skills, and work skills to ensure appropriate social interaction.

This is a 0.25 Part-time position that works hours as need to include one four-hour weekend shift per month with the Department of Human Services (DHS) at the SDDC. Starting pay is $19.72 plus a $1.00 shift differential on Fridays and Mondays and a $2.00 shift differential for Saturdays and Sundays.
