Summary
This position develops and provides a variety of social, recreational and other purposeful activities. Activities may include individual and small group activities designed to promote social interactions, leisure activity opportunities, physical fitness and personal well-being to help meet their goals. This position is responsible for carrying out activity interventions as identified in individualized treatment plans.
This is a part-time position. This position will work primarily Friday thru Sunday 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Licenses And Certifications
CNA certification or ability to pass CNA certification required. Lifeguard certified or ability to pass the lifeguard certification requirements preferred.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Successful applicant(s) will be required to undergo a background investigation. An arrest/conviction record will not necessarily bar employment. Successful applicant(s) will undergo an abuse and neglect screening. Offers of employment are conditional upon successful completion of a drug screening.

- maintain records, develop clear correspondences, and create reports as needed;
- assist in other areas of the hospital when needed;
- be a positive role model;
- be creative;
- be physically active which may include swimming, running, jumping, bending, and lifting;
- effectively communicate to TR Coordinator and Supervisor of any problems, questions, or concerns.
