Job Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Workforce Development Manager, the Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance skills and improve job readiness of individuals under supervision. Developing training material, conducting workshops, and facilitating one-on-one coaching sessions to assist with securing employment. Leading employment-related initiatives. Overseeing the approval of educational, vocational, and employment-related service providers. Serving on employment-related committees and initiatives.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in career counseling or related case management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience connecting individuals to employment opportunities.
