The Trident Technical College Boeing Project is seeking Multi-Skill Technical Assessors to support the TTC Boeing Project training program. These individuals are responsible for administering recertification assessments, supporting instructional delivery, and ensuring participants meet established proficiency levels in accordance with Boeing standards

Responsibilities Include
- Administer recertification assessments for designated aerospace manufacturing skill sets in accordance with Boeing standards and program requirements.
- Deliver training courses as written, ensuring adherence to established curriculum and instructional guidelines.
- Verify participant eligibility by reviewing prerequisites and required pre-work prior to course delivery.
- Prepare and maintain classroom environments, ensuring all training materials, tools, and resources are available and organized.
- Conduct participant check-in and provide instructional support throughout training sessions.
- Maintain the Recertification Lab in a high state of readiness, ensuring compliance with Boeing’s 5S, safety, and operational standards.
- Perform classroom clean-up and ensure proper storage of materials at the conclusion of each session.
- Maintain subject matter proficiency in assigned assessment areas and course requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with proprietary information protocols and Boeing confidentiality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals, solvents, and hazardous materials (e.g., MPK, alcohols, alodine, sealants, composites).
- Utilizers required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety regulations.
- Deliver training across multiple locations as needed, ensuring reliable transportation and schedule flexibility.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Comply with Boeing policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following education/experience combinations:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in training, manufacturing, or military instruction; OR
- Associate’s degree with two (2) years of relevant experience; OR
- High school diploma with four (4) years of relevant experience.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and instruct for extended periods (3 hours per session).
- Capability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends based on project demands.
- Regular exposure to industrial materials and environments requiring adherence to strict safety protocols.
