A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
- A bachelor's degree with one (1) year professional experience in a related area.
OR
- An associate's degree with three (3) years of professional experience in a related area.
OR
A high school diploma with five (5) years of professional experience in a relate area.
- Related area includes healthcare management, claim review, revenue cycle management, etc.
- Must have 1 (one) year of experience in healthcare finances such as medical billing or claim reconciliation.
- Preference given for medical billing and coding course completion, certified medical billing specialist, and experience coordinating Medicaid billing or eligibility processes.
