Functions as the lead worker and back-up to the supervisor.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
- General working knowledge of building MEP systems.
- Ability to work within established resources, to work independently, to communicate in writing and orally to management, to maintain accurate records relating to time, materials and services provided.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work, to interface and work well with subordinates, peers, outside departments, and other business professionals, and to supervise crew when necessary.
