Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented EMS Student Support Coordinator to assist in several student-facing responsibilities. This position will communicate with potential students interested in EMS programs. They will also coordinate the daily operations of Viewpoint for EMS students and ensure students fulfill clinical requirements. They will guide students through the admissions and compliance processes for the CCE and Quick Jobs programs, while also supporting their access to platforms such as D2L and assisting with Viewpoint drug screenings, background checks, and immunization requirements. They will ensure students meet all necessary clinical and compliance requirements for the appropriate certification level. This position may assist with other program responsibilities such as scholarship vouchers, and class scheduling.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

South Carolina Certified EMT. Nationally Registered EMT. Experience working with Microsoft products, and web-based software applications. Experience providing customer service and communicating with diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree. Familiarity with clinical compliance platforms. Experience with D2L or another learning management system.
