Provides outstanding service to students and other internal and external customers. Recruits qualified future graduates to educational opportunities offered by the College. Develops and implementing strategic and tactical plans to achieve established recruitment goals. Builds relationships with a variety of internal and external constituencies including prospective students, parents, secondary school personnel, and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process. Conducts ongoing communications with prospective students through a variety of methods including in-person appointments, phone calls, emails, information sessions, high school visits, college fairs, and other events. Solicits inquiries and converting them to applicants and matriculants while providing assistance through each step of the enrollment process. Maintains, reviews, and evaluates application-related materials. - Assists with recruitment initiatives designed to affect the growth of special populations, including dual enrollment. Maintains accurate records on recruitment efforts and assisting the Director with the compilation of data related to the effectiveness of efforts and initiatives. Works independently within a team on special and ongoing projects.
- Assists the Director of Admissions with program development and strategic planning, and monitoring priorities and progress towards the Department’s goals. Demonstrates a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

- work full-time for that agency or organization
- have Direct Loans (or consolidate other federal student loans into a Direct Loan)
- repay your loans under an income-driven repayment plan*
