Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers to the HR suite, including Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.
- Manage communications — emails, phone calls, and inquiries — with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support applicants with the online application process and assist other customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and meeting logistics.
- Oversee office supplies and help resolve day-to-day operational needs.
- Perform key administrative duties within PeopleAdminATS, such as posting positions and reactivating applications.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives, including the dissemination of underutilization letters to hiring managers.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
Typically holds a high school diploma or GED. Requires 1 or more years of job related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Higher Education experience
Human Resources experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook). Knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management. Knowledge of the policies and procedures of the program area of assignment and of agency policies and procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to make and communicate decisions. Ability to analyze data and present ideas effectively. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to recognize needs and resources and to recommend and communicate solutions effectively. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and creative problem-solving skills necessary.
