Job Duties:
- The ES Administrative Assistant provides administrative support with a moderate level of individual and/or customer accountability. Provides administrative support to the SC Child Care Scholarship Control Center Supervisor and for the daily operations of the SC Child Care Scholarship Program, specifically the SC Child Care Scholarship Control Center.
- Responsible for the receipt and distribution of daily mail, faxes, emails and other correspondence. Responsible for receiving, opening and date-stamping all incoming mail for the Child Care Scholarship Program and ensuring that the mail and faxes are distributed to the appropriate staff within a reasonable amount of time. Responsible for mass-mail-outs and daily letters needed.
- Responsible for assisting with the imaging process and Child Care Scholarship Program functions as assigned.
- Maintains inventory of the Child Care Scholarship Program. Monitors Control Center inventory on a weekly basis and orders supplies necessary for general office use, including any forms and other materials for clients and providers. Processes requisitions through the proper channels as directed by agency policies and procedures. Maintains a tracking system to ensure orders are filled in a timely manner.
- Maintains all office equipment. Responsible for making service requests on all equipment (ie; Fax machines, Printers, Copiers, Folding machines, Mail Machines, etc.)
- Other related duties as required.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A High School Diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a High School Diploma.
