What You Will Do:
- Work alongside the Public Information Officer 2 to serve as a spokesperson for ODOT District 6, managing inquiries from the public, media, and local partners.
- Track public inquiries and coordinate timely responses with the appropriate staff.
- Develop clear and accurate messaging to communicate construction impacts, detours, and traffic updates to the public.
- Manage and create content for district social media channels, including graphics, photos, and videos highlighting transportation projects and safety messages.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, fact sheets, and informational materials for internal and external audiences.
