The program area for this position includes one or more of the following: experience with DMV Customer service in Vehicle Services, working knowledge of North Carolina vehicle titles issuance and /or experience issuing license plates, crash reports, dealer/salesman licenses and inventory.

- Experience operating a calculator, workstation laser printer, fax machine & copier.
- Experience with recording, compiling, summarizing & analyzing data.Â
- Experience with reviewing information to determine compliance with applicable laws, rules, or regulations to resolve a complex or special processing matter.Â
- Experience in explaining & interpreting policies, regulations, & programs
