The administrative support position will provide general office support to a Rehabilitation Counselor and the Counselor-in-Charge and will provide back-up support for the Rehabilitation Counselor serving the transition caseload as needed to meet the rehabilitation needs of customers. Â Â
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Providing support to regional personnel who periodically work in the satellite office.Â
- Greeting consumers and visitors and answering the telephone.
- Responding to in-person inquiries and relaying messages to the appropriate staff member.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Requesting and obtaining medical records.
- Assisting with maintaining files, copying, and faxing information.
- Preparing requested correspondence and other documentation.
- Completing billing and payment processing. Â
- Receiving applications from consumers and routing to staff.
- Assisting customers with job placement.

Qualified applicants must possess, and application must clearly reflect work experience that demonstrates the following:
- Knowledge or experience working with a team.Â

- Driver's license required for travel in the service area.
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience;
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
