Description of Work
The Bridge2Success VR Case Managers will work with students to develop an individualized plan for employment (IPE) to outline all services and supports to help them reach their goal. These services are varied and will differ by student need, financial eligibility, and career interest. They will also be involved in extensive outreach to inform and engage the students with IDD, their family and supports in the program services and supports.
This position is based out of Brunswick Community College and is assigned to the Wilmington, NC, unit office.

This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $24.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a discipline relative to the program served from an appropriately accredited institution; or Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in an area related to program that provides experience in techniques of casework or counseling; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
