We are recruiting for an Administrative Support team member for our Customer Service Division in Raleigh. You will handle data entry, document scanning, and key updates that keep our systems running smoothly. After training, you may qualify for a hybrid schedule.

  • Review and validate taxpayer powers of attorney
  • Index incoming correspondence
  • Update account information like address changes and business closures

Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences

  • Good communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to express oneself clearly and concisely

  • Experience with the use of a computer and proficiency in word processing

  • Demonstrated experience maintaining courteous and professional behavior

  • Consistently able to type at a speed of 35 WPM with 95% accuracy

Recruitment Range: $39,244 - $46,603

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
