The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description DUTIES DESCRIPTION: 1. Load, unload or assist others in unpacking materials and/or unloading supplies, equipment, and/or furniture, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds. 2. Assist in moving, assembly and disassembly of office furniture (e.g. cubicles, workstations, tables, chairs, cabinets, etc.) 3. Catalog and route excess supplies and equipment to State Surplus per Office and general services guidelines. 4. Respond to help desk requests for various supplies and or other needs the agency5. Distribute general office supplies when requested. 6. Maintain files, correspondence, documents, records, and materials pursuant to guidelines and regulations7. Contact various internal and external parties to obtain or clarify information as directed 8. Assist in gathering or compiling data for reports, tables, or other products. 9. Take periodic physical inventory and maintain perpetual inventory records. 10. Assist as needed in the daily work of the mailroom. 11. Provide general support to Office Services staff needed. Perform various clerical or office operations tasks such as reviewing, filing, scanning and sending documents and verifying accuracy of data from scanned documents. 12. Perform other duties as assigned.
