The purpose of this position is to provide direct personal care and related support to Long Term Care Residents while maintaining quality care services. This position ensures adherence to Miners' Colfax Medical Center and all other Regulation and Licensing policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate
Long Term Care Residents.
Minimum Qualification
Certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Nursing Aide (CNA) OR eligible to attain certification.
Employment Requirements
Pre-employment background investigation is required and is conditional pending results. Must be certified as a Nurse Aide or complete Nurse Aide certification within four (4) months of hire.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a long term care setting, ability to lift move up to 100 lbs. May be required to work, nights or grave yard shift.
