What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registrar Of Vital Statistics Bilingual In Spanish And English position at State of New Jersey?
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of clerical experience.
CERTIFICATION: Appointees must obtain a Certified Municipal Registrar (CMR) certificate issued by the Department of Health and Senior Services within six (6) months of appointment.
LICENSE: Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
The responsibility for ensuring that employees possess the required motor vehicle license, commensurate with the class and type of vehicles they operate, rests with the Appointing Authority.
SPECIAL SKILL: Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English and Spanish sufficiently to perform duties of this position. Candidates will be tested at time of certification for the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
