How It Works:

1. Submit your online application:

• As part of your application, you'll complete a brief supplemental questionnaire. This helps our Talent Acquisition Team understand your preferences - like what type of interview are you wanting and where you'd like to be placed - so we can tailor the interview process and match you with the most relevant opportunities.

2. Select a time for an interview:

• We offer convenient interview slots at 10 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM, and 3 PM, depending on current availability. Simply choose a time that works best for you - we're happy to accommodate your schedule whenever possible!

3. Join a brief virtual or phone interview with our friendly Talent Acquisition Team.

4. Complete a quick background check release form:

• Once you've completed the interview and background check process, you'll be placed into our SOS Temporary Program Candidate Pool.
• This means you'll be among the first to hear about job openings that match your skills, experience, and availability. We'll reach out directly when a position aligns with your qualifications - it's our way of making sure the right opportunities find you!

Benefits & Pay:

• Most roles pay between $14 - $19 hour, depending on the position.
• Assignments lasting 6 months and 20 hours/week may qualify for:
• Health and dental insurance
• Dependent Care FSA
• Disability coverage
• (Please note: temporary employees are not eligible for paid holidays, vacation, or sick leave, or state matching retirement benefits.)

Locations & Job Types:

We're always hiring for a wide variety of temporary roles in Lincoln, NE, especially in:

• Administrative & Office Support
• Clerical Positions
• (And occasionally) Vocational & Professional roles

Opportunities may be available outside of Lincoln, NE dependent on State Agencies, Boards, and Commissions location and needs.
