Pay range is $39.410 - $58.095 per hour.
The pay rate may be commensurate with education and/or experience within fiscal constraints if approved.
Job
Duties:
• The ECM Solutions Lead Developer role will work within an established OnBase Team and other developers, analysts, architects, and business leaders in designing and developing technology solutions to address business problems.
• Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for OnBase solutions.
• Responsible for the support, development, and integration of solutions deployed on the OnBase by Hyland enterprise platform.
• Serve as an escalation point for production and/or platform issues.
• Execute code reviews, change control, and promotions activities.
• Establish best practices and guidelines for usage of the OnBase platform.
• Work with business users and the ECM development team to deliver business value and user adoption of ECM technologies for business processes at NDOT.
• Provide end-to-end support to implement solutions such as Workflow Management, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Case Management, and developing forms.
• Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications using Hyland's Unity toolkit, external database links, API/Web services, and/or custom integration application with OnBase solutions achieving a seamless user experience.
• Maintain/refine existing content management solutions to meet future service requirements.
• Use SQL scripting for the creation of reports or database queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ECM software and infrastructure issues.
• Plan for and test software updates, defects, and configuration changes.
REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering or other related field and two years of experience, education, or training in coding computer applications; programming experience can be substituted for education on a year for year basis, one year of which as a project coordinator, leader, or supervisor.
PREFERRED:
Agile Scrum and/or PMP certification.
Five years of experience in systems design and development, technology project management, or software development with lead or management responsibilities.
Experience supporting customer-facing, high-volume, mission-critical applications.
