- Process Engineering: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to map current "As-Is" case lifecycles and design optimized "To-Be" workflows that leverage automation and business logic.
- Requirement Management: Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications tailored to case tracking, document management, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Manage expectations across diverse departments (Child Welfare, Legal, and IT) to ensure the solution meets cross-functional needs.
- Configuration Oversight: Work closely with technical teams to ensure the solution is configured to support complex permission structures and audit trails.
- Data Migration & Integration: Define requirements for migrating legacy data and integrating the new system with existing internal databases and third-party tools.
- UAT Leadership: Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, including script creation, defect management, and final sign-off coordination.
- Change Management: Develop training materials and documentation to ensure high user adoption and a smooth transition during go-live.

Preferred Qualification
- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Requirements Gathering or BPM (Business Process Management).
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in requirements analysis and experience with Agile project management tools (Jira/Confluence).
- Methodology: Expert-level knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Documentation: Exceptional ability to create visual process flows (Visio, Project, or Miro).
- Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., Healthcare, Insurance, or Government).
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSPO).
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platform architectures.
- Understanding of child welfare, case lifecycles (Intake, Investigations, Case Management, Permanency).
