- Coordinate and monitor contracts across multiple program areas including workforce development, oral health education, and other grant-funded initiatives.
- Assist in the maintenance and management of program tracking systems and data workflows (i.e., Smartsheet, Qualtrics, RedCap).
- Support data modernization and quality improvement activities such as assisting with surveys, digital tools, and web pages.
- Develop and organize program deliverables, reports, and documentation including preparing impact materials and contract monitoring compliance.
- Support development and delivery of trainings, presentations, and partner engagemetn activities (i.e., educational materials, exhibiting).
- Assist with maintenance and improvement of digital tools and online program resources.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- Minimum of 1 year experience with public health, health administration, or program delivery
- Must have good organizational, communication (written and verbal), and analytical skills
- Must have experience with data management programs such as Excel, Smartsheet, Qualitrics, etc.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team well and collaborate with external partners and stakeholders
