What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Analyst I - Unclaimed Property position at State of Missouri?
This position will be located at Missouri State Treasurer’s Office, Harry S Truman Building, 301 W High Street, Jefferson City, MO
Would you be interested in joining a team that reunites people with their lost and abandoned property? The Missouri State Treasurer’s Office holds over $1 billion in Unclaimed Property and the Unclaimed Property Division is looking for potential team members with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will interact with customers by phone, email, and in-person. You will review, verify, and process claims for unclaimed property, and exercise meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the claims process. Accordingly, this position requires critical thinking paired with strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, the ability to plan, organize and prioritize your work will help you excel within our team.
If you can provide outstanding customer service and are proficient with Microsoft Office, then we are looking for you to join our team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
