The Business Tax Exemptions team processes registration applications for nonprofit organizations and assists customers with inquires related to sales and use taxability. In the Exemptions section, you will do thorough research and gain an understanding of Missouri’s sales tax statutes and regulations in order to assist customers with all their tax-exempt needs.

- Maintain nonprofit sales accounts with changes to registration information.
- Review and respond to email and telephone correspondence regarding exemption applications and taxability questions.

Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency (GED).
- Six (6) or more months of experience in clerical or general office support work preferred.
- Thoroughness and accuracy in work production.
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivation and ability to meet deadlines.
