Role Description:
This position is responsible for the switchboard and providing clerical assistance to the Support Coordination Team.
Preferred Skillset:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, time management skills and ability to meet deadlines; ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize task effectively; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be adaptable.
What you’ll do:
- Back up switchboard responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering the phone, transferring calls, taking messages, and face-to-face correspondence; sorting and distributing mail from various other agencies, and sorting and distributing mail form the main office.
- Responsible for outgoing mail
- Maintain the consumer record and files.
- Open and establish new consumer records
- Receive and fulfill request for records
- Update CIMOR, diagnosis, consumer information, etc.
- Transfer records in and out of facility
- Receive, review and request all collateral
- Assist Intake team with new applications, create folders, open EOC’s, etc.
- Open records for TCM’s
- Track eligible and ineligible documents and letters, including mailing
- SMART records to state storage centers
- A high level of confidentiality is required for this position

0 - 1 years of experience in the clerical field.
