Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking a Psychometrist & Testing Specialist to join our DCT Clinical Team! As a Psychometrist & Testing Specialist, you will provide training and oversight for the provision of a network of psychometry services for Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) and non-Direct Care and Treatment (non-DCT) partners (e.g., jails) who are considering admitting patients to DCT sites.

- Administer and score psychological, neuropsychological and behavior instruments and other tests as requested.
- Oversee the process of requested medical records, as related to the orders and referrals.
- Train and work with psychometrists across DCT, including peer review of psychometrists’ compliance and competencies in test administration, testing protocols and scoring.
- Performance improvement projects through monitoring, tracking, and analysis of referrals and customer service.
- Telework is available on a limited basis.
- Only candidates residing in Minnesota or a state bordering Minnesota (Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin) within 50 miles of Anoka, MN are eligible for telework.

- Providing client/patient services using person-centered and motivational approaches
- Planning and facilitating therapeutic activities
- Documenting progress in activities and interventions
- Providing and reinforcing skill building in individuals
- 1 year of relevant experience requirement may be substituted by a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or behavior analysis; the experience requirement also may be substituted by a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related behavioral health field that includes substantial behavioral health coursework such as: individual or group counseling, clinical interviewing, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, or similar behavioral health courses.
