This position prepares incoming mail for processing and distribution throughout the agency divisions. Screening, sorting, copying, and batching of mail is all involved in this process. This position also pulls, scans, sorts, and deals with various requests regarding claims files. Required Education and Experience
Education
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
Experience
General Office Assistant 5
No specific type or amount of experience is required.
General Office Assistant 6
One year of administrative support experience.
General Office Assistant E7
Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level.
