POSITION DUTIES - This position functions as a second-line supervisor of administrative support positions in a standard work area while performing technician assignments. This position is responsible for the Document Processing Unit's workflow process, quality assurance, production, procedures, and training. The Document Processing Unit is responsible for prepping, and scanning all paper documents from branch offices, MiEFS program participants and internal work units. The incumbent is responsible for quality title issuance and storage of records created by the activities of the work unit. The incumbent recommends work process improvements, revisions in procedures, attends meetings, propose changes to procedures, develop and conduct staff training, prepares various staffing and production reports and schedule assignments. This position is responsible for supervising the Document Processing Unit's staff.
APPOINTMENT TYPE/BENEFITS - This position is Full-Time. Therefore, you would be eligible to participate in the benefits offered by the state.

Experience
One year of experience equivalent to a Departmental Supervisor 10, Office Supervisor 11, or Secretary Supervisor 11; two years equivalent to an experienced-level technician, paraprofessional, professional; Office Supervisor 9 and 10, Secretary Supervisor 10, Emergency Dispatch Supervisor 10, or Human Resources Customer Service Supervisor 10; or two years of Office Supervisor 9 and 10, or a Secretary Supervisor 10 and 11.
