Main Purpose of Job
This Linen Service Worker position will provide the full performance level of work inspecting, sorting, folding and distributing garments and linens at SGHC. Specifically, this position will: pick up dirty laundry and deliver clean linen, load and unload truck of dirty/clean linen, and handle work orders for clients new clothing. This position will lift from 75 to 100 pounds and handle handcarts and flatbed carts. This position will also require some driving.
Minimum Qualifications
Education : 8th grade.
Experience : None.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.
