Main Purpose of Job

The Digital Media Intern (Content Creation) will support the development of educational materials for members of the State Retirement and Pension System. This role will focus on creating clear, engaging, and accessible content to help members better understand their benefits, retirement options, and key processes.

POSITION DUTIES

This position will be learn and assist with: Support the development of educational materials for members of the State Retirement and Pension System.�� Creating clear, engaging, and accessible content to help members understand their benefits, retirement options, and key processes.�� Assisting with the planning, development, and editing of training videos, webinars, and other digital resources� Support live or recorded webinar production, including presentation design�

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in either an undergraduate or graduate degree program. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required for those seeking academic credit

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Instructional Design, Film/Video Production, or a related field.� Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications: Demonstrated interest in digital content creation, including video production, graphic design, or multimedia storytelling.� Basic proficiency with video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Camtasia, or similar).�� Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools� Strong written and verbal communication skills�
